Google Ads API v17 was released with updated features.

Google announces the v17 release of the Google Ads API, bringing numerous new features and changes that advertisers and developers want to be aware of.

Why we care. The updated version of Google Ads offers a range of recent tools and abilities that will help you higher control and display the performance of campaigns. It’s also important to be privy to these changes a good way to take full benefit of new abilities even as heading off disruptions from deprecated capabilities or policy adjustments.

What’s new. There are three big modifications that Google delivered to keep up with coverage replace, extent of information being processed and reporting view. The rest are batch processing updates and new optimization functions.

The large adjustments:

Other outstanding changes:

Keyword Match Type. Campaign.Keyword_match_type has been added to permit putting a key-word match kind for all key phrases in a marketing campaign.
Ad Group Criterion Status. Primary status and primary popularity reasons were delivered to AdGroupCriterion to show serving fame and reasons.
New Shopping Product Report. A new purchasing product record has been delivered, similar to the Products web page within the Google Ads UI.
Demand Gen Renaming. Discovery has been renamed to Demand Gen across all applicable fields, enums, and mistakes.
